Just wondering if this thread started was deleted , misplaced or moved.
Thought it was fine where it was started in Victorian Section, similar to the spotted thread under NSW ACT section. thanks Mods.

Actually when I clicked on your link Russell it took me straight there but when I clicked on the general header for Victoria / Tas it doesn't show. ??
