I've been told to replace the Intake Manifold Runner Control on my car.
Any ideas on cheapest one for sale? I need to organise this part before next week... |

Hi CougarGirl,
why do you like to replace the IMRC? Maybe you can check and fix it: Look here: http://www.cougarv6.de/imrc_transistor_check_en.pdf wabble |

Search on ebay, you will find it cheap. Try ebay.com and ebay.co.uk. Don't bother fixing existing one. Not worth. IMRCs in our cougars are filled with black plastic mould which makes it impossible to repair. You can relocate existing IMRC away from engine and see if that makes any difference. I moved mine under battery tray and no issues now. IMRC is bolted straight on the rocker covers and it copes lot of heat from engine all the time.
Cheers
