Default F6 Runs 12.30 @ 115

I heard from a little birdie that there is a BF F6 Auto at Calder tonight, that has run a 12.30 @ 115mph on its 1st run of the night !!

I think this particular car has only minor mods !!

Nice cold air out there tonight, the turbo's love it.

I should of got my Pursoot out there and given the record a bit of a rattle.lol

I know this guy who owns the F6, I was out at Calder tonight with my good buddy Rod.
This F6 went 12.30@115mph 2.09 - 60 foot. and pumped out a 12.37 on a 2.03 - 60 foot.
Car has an edit and its tuned by Autotech Yes Autotech in Sydney by Spiro, APS Exhaust and 968 injectors.
Rod and I and few others just had pizza with this guy he was so happy he paid the bill.. :
PS: A little tip he passed on, if you have a 6 speed auto, let the auto do the shifting as the car goes best when it shifts by itself in performance mode (forget the manual shifting) along with the good weather this car nearly dropped 4/10th's.

holy ИИИИ thats fast, what mods were done??

oh and AU1XLS, your car looks freakin sweet, is it a BF or BA, I can't tell, BF front bar but BA rims. White is definetely the best colour for typhoons.

Xtreme F6, have you had your car down the strip with 400kw yet, surely it would pull 11's with that much power.

Post 11 has the mods listed.
BA and BF both have the same wheels on the F6.
With the BF F6 you can option a 19'' wheel if you want to pay the extra $3000.

Unreal, top effort, looks like 11's are a given coming into the colder months especially seeing as how people are learning better launch techniques with every outing.

One thing though about that car, I heard it could do with some weight reduction :

And if you see the guy tell him thanks for the invite to pizza, TIGHTASS

But this thread is about an auto BF F6 :monkes:

Very good time for really only the basic turbo mods, and in auto mode too, no fancy tricks

These F6's are very well designed cars, 12's stock then knock off 0.7 with basic mods

Ah yes I saw the run concerned! and a load of 12.5's too! left at about 10pm...very cold! Some other quick stuff out there too. A lot of Turbo BA's, at least one was running 10's. A quick purple capri that ran an 8 too.
I saw the typhoon again on my way back from shopping an hour later, living it up on the Niddrie cafe strip with a few other well known personalities!!!:voldar02:

nope it dont work, he tried it and it goes back to 1st on its own.
Also I think that may make the auto life span shorter.
Only auto shifting.
