Um, after several u-turns, Cb transmissions and a couple of mobile phone calls, Darky finds his way here.

Ha, I've asked for a little photo shot with the said person and vehicle in a nice little pose, but that was over 3 yr's now and I'm still waiting.

Looking forward to it. The last T was a work of art. I really don't mind the S1 or S2 style with the different bumpers and smaller wing. Keeps the car a little more compact, nice set of wheels and regular TLC, those cars come up looking a squillion dollars. Can't wait to see the pics.

Well I had a somewhat interesting funny story to tell you bloke's/girl's why I don't have any pic's as yet, after I spent all that time last week waxing my vehicle, I said to the G/F we should go somewhere for a drive and take some new pic's, it was a glorious day, so we went down to Mt Franklin, anyway about 2-3 klm's from the turnoff to Mt Franklin there is this long straight, and I was sitting on 110 with another bloke in a ricer, sitting on the same speed behind me, when we got to the end of the straight I noticed a black VY SS sitting on the edge of the road, my heart went bang as I thought oh shit, Copper, and as I passed this vehicle it was a copper and he was looking at me as I passed, there were other car's going the other way which he had to give way to, as it looked like he was going to turn around and come after me, I looked back in my rear veiw mirror to see he was turning around, oh man, I was a little way up the road and there was this bit up further from me were I knew soon I would be out off his sight and then the turn off to the mt was just there, so when I got out of his sight I floored it up to 140ish to quickly get to the turn off and go another way, I thought the copper would keep going and try to get me but I wouldn't be there, the bloke behind me in the ricer knew what I was doing as we were both weary, I would say when we passed the copper, so I made it to the turn off and I was going up the montain and I was looking back to the road to see if the copper went straight on, I couldn't see him, few I thought, but then as I was going into the carpark my G/F said he was right behind us, damn, I thought I was stuffed, so I went up to the look out spot as I didn't want to stop, and I looked back and the copper had parked under a tree near the only exit, I went up to the lookout which by the way was a very dry dusty dirt road, my now very clean waxed XR8 was looking very dusty, I had no where to go so I thought I better go back down, when I got down the copper was still there under the tree, so I drove away from him and parked under another tree over the other side and watched him, to my dismay he was eating lunch, I decided to go for a walk past him and say hello, after all that he wasn't even after me, he was just turning around to go and have lunch were I was heading, just my luck, so now I have to wash my vehicle again to get some new pic's. doh.
