FGII Factory toush screen - Video and Sat Nav?

Hi,

I have a FPV GS FGII with colour screen and reverse camera.

Do you have a kit that can show my iphone 4s screen on my factory colour 8" touch screen? Also do you have GPS that incorporates the factory touch screen?

I will have to basically put this one to sleep, the FG Mk2 and the Territory SZ do not have provision for any external inputs, meaning no video, no Sat Nav etc. We are looking at possibly tapping into the screen to allow for this but this would render the screen Out of Warranty. Wish we had better news but it appears all cars are going this way, if you don't order from factory there isn't much that can be done.

Come on, surely you can come up with something for us?
At the end of the day you are able to put a Reverse camera in, and there is already Factory Nav, so surely something can be done?
I was spoilt by having a great setup in my BF. I want it in my FGII

Are the ICC's now different between Sat Nav option cars to those without? Surely Ford dont have ICC's with Sat Nav and ICC's without. If they are not different how are they adding Nav, likewise how are they doing updates with them.

The ICC with the 2013 XR6 Turbo comes with reversing camera...is it possible to add sat nav aftermarket to it ?

Im trying to decide if paying the extra for sat nav (in the luxury pack) is worth it...

Ive just got me an FG2 ...I will be ringing you about a reversing camera kit shortly!

Shame about the NAV.... can I ask if this issue means that there are 2 versions of ICC ?..one that works with Camera and Nav and one just camera... who makes them ...what model are they?

..also forgot to ask...does the reverse camera kit show the overlay graphic lines to assist in parking...if you know what I mean.

the fgmkii screens dont have video input therefore we cannot input nav to it, and the camera does not show any gridline when reversing on the color screen

understood...pity we cant convert the camera input to Nav video input use and then switch between the two when needed. (or even for DVD perhaps)..realise it wouldn't be touch screen though..perhaps remote control

I assume then the OEM ICC unit is the same in both nav and non nav cars..then assume its the nav software and a gps module that's missing and that's the difference between them.

If it were possible ... a complete aftermarket replacement ICC which is the samesize and programmable to manage existing functions...but that sounds like lots of money even if a unit were out there.

Ebay advert for a Nav Screen.... exchange your non nav for a Nav screen for a few $$$

It suggests then that there are two screens...one with builtin Nav and one without.
