I have just acquired a 1996 Festiva and it is not power steering, the steering is very heavy especially when parking. Is this normal. I have driven non powered steering cars before and they did not need so much strength to steer. Any ideas what I can do to fix this, if possible.
Also would it be possible to convert a 1996 festiva to power steering, and what would it take (ie. parts, & tools etc.)to do it ? |
