We're going to try to set a date early in December for anyone who would like to attend the annual NSW End of Year Dinner.
Basically get the cars together for some photos and have dinner at a steakhouse, last year we did Hogs Breath Cafe in Parramatta and it was great! Possible dates are: Friday 2nd December Saturday 3rd December Friday 9th December Saturday 10th December Friday 16th December Saturday 17th December Vote on when you want the end of year dinner to be, last time to get together with friends from the club this year and laugh about all the fun times we've had, and grab some great food to eat. Also post any comments / concerns about attending if you could. Regards, Timmeh |

Yeah we'll be looking at an evening dinner, around 7pm or so, with a meet-up earlier for those who can make it for photos and stupidity (not the kind that attracts blue and red flashing lights tho, more the have fun and laugh kind :monkes: ).
Thanks for those posting when they can and can't make it, so we can arrange a time that suits everyone! ATM 9th December is looking the shot, hopefully Teki can finish work by that time? Also have to see when Todd and Eddie are available too, and if you need a lift Damian, you can always resort to the Eurofordclub Pace Car (tm) I'll be bringing. Tim |

Hi folks.
For me a Friday is an absolute joke. I will never make it anywhere on time. I have voted as Saturday the 3rd December, probably the easiest date for me to make. Also, dont forget racing is on at Eastern Creek that weekend, Eddie and myself should be heading out on the Sunday (I will be 100%). Damo, if you need a ride let me know, I know Tim offered but its a Falcon mate and I wasnt sure if you wanted to be seen in one of those ugly beasts :P

Any date - EXCEPT Friday 2nd December would be good for me. I'd love to come along and meet up again, I've missed the last two cruises.
Will it be Hogs Breath again? I don't mind... which one will we be going to etc... Just thinking that for other steakhouses there is the Outback Steakhouse at Parklea on Old Windsor Rd. I went there ages ago and it was pretty good. Maybe Todd might've been more recently as it's only up the road Abraxas |

Friday is always more difficult for me also, as I have to finish work then drive down from Newcastle.
At the moment, the person who has expressed a no towards Saturday (the 3rd being the next most preffered date) is Mitch, for everyone else it seems to be the best date. I am not sure what time you finish work Mitch, it would take roughly an hour and a half to get to Paramatta in Sydney, could you make it on time? Trying not to exclude anyone, but I guess at some stage we need to set a date that works for most people and run with it. Saturday the 3rd is looking the best at the moment. Quote:

From memory Lonestar Parramatta has a tiny tiny carpark?
Lonestar Blacktown is quite accomodating. Hogs Breath North Parramatta is reasonable too (Dick Smith Powerhouse). Are these the areas we're thinking of by the way? Abraxas |

It looks like Sat 10th Dec is the most popular, by the votes.
Eddie and Todd, can you guys 'do' Sat 10th? If so, we'll lock it in and call it a date. Sorry for my absence lately, been in hospital for the last two weeks. Tim |

Ok, we'll lock it in.
Saturday 10th December - NSW End of Year Dinner It will run reminiscent of last years End of Year Dinner which was such a great day out. I'll ask Mark his availability on the night to come and take some outstanding quality photos, as we did last year, but I'll have my camera there also. Dinner will be at Hogs Breath Cafe as they can accomodate us, I'll make the booking soon after consulting Local Knowledge Expert (tm), Todd, to make sure it's the best in the area. We'll do all we can to make it a fun relaxing night out. Get together with everyone from 2005, grab a great bite to eat (thinking of a juicy steak and fries ismaking me hungry already) and wish everyone the best for the new year! Please list if you think you will be there, so we can book rough numbers soon. List of attending: Tim +1 Timmeh |

10th sounds good to me. Possibly with another. Which Hogs Breathe will it be? North Parra, Castle Hill?
