Face tingles after retune.???

I was just wondering if anyone here gets the sensation of tingles in their cheeks or face when they are accelerating? I have put new plugs etc etc and the car just gives me this feeling when I accelerate.It feels quicker.
Does anyone else get these sensations?

Maybe so...its a wierd tingling in the front of my face and eyeballs.I have never felt this before?

Must just be all the adrenalin...I think you are right. Its a legal natural drug inside your adrenal gland.Maybe I should think of an ugly woman before this happens ..see if it goes away?

Thank you cruizin eb.You have just helped me immensly.I have a blood problem typical of meditaranean people where vitamin b12 is prescribed to help out in symptoms of tiredness associated with the lack of. So I will be in to the chemist tommorow to get some..thanks heaps.
