Default Just Car - Payouts

Has anyone had any or heard good/bad experiences with payouts with Just Car? I'm looking to get the ED covered because no-one else will cover me for what I have planned in the future, and just want to see what they're like honouring their contracts. Thanks.

I've been with them for a while, but never claimed.
I've called to claim when my car was keyed, and there was no problems getting it covered but i chose to fix it elsewhere as it was cheaper.

I'd go with another company unless you're planning on this stuff within the next year.

Why wouldn't they honner the claim??
Unless you are being fraudulent they have to pay every claim that meets with the policy.

It's easy. Start a policy and they will send you the contact, etc. If you accept it, pay your policy. If you don't agree, call them and cancel.

Hey mate,

had a car stolen that was covered with just cars, after some inital stuffing around got the cheque in the mail. also had a non at fault accident with another car and they looked after everything.

they are underwritten by aami so they can use most of their contacts and shops as well. 90% of the time they are ok to deal with.

It's getting put on as soon as I'm swapped over. Hopefully within a fortnight.

I got a quote from them for the XR6 and they wanted $4011.
Called elsewhere and got quoted $2880.

Depends on where you live, your driving history and how you purchased the car, and your rating.

I am paying half that for an XR6 Turbo and I am only 22 - from Just Cars.

And they'll insure any mod, as long as it legal.

I have had two not at fault claims, they dealt with them quickly and my car was repaired properly so no complaints here.
