7.3 V8 petrol with 320 kw / 645 Nm

That 7.3L engine is interesting - I wonder what it's dimensions are compared to Coyote? Being OHV it will probably be narrower.

I think the initial info suggested as much when it was announced, but there's nothing lightweight init so could be quite a bit heavier

It's still small block dimensioned, and with alloy heads, composite intake manifold etc i'd say it would be no heavier than any comparable Windsor.

Fit's nicely in a Fox body too.

From what I've read, it's narrower and lower than Coyote but longer. I haven't seen any figures for bore spacing, but the 6.2 with a 4.015in bore has 4.53in spacing. 7.3 has a 4.22in bore which is just a shade under what the 427 FE had

Wonder if they were planning on selling them as crate motors to enthusiasts as well?

But as it needs to be run in a truck (really a heavier duty ute) ... and used for decent towing purposes ... its built for reliability in mind as well.
