There is no tuning software fo the ZF so it's not really possible at the moment, SCT are still working on getting the tuning done for the Auto, once that it sorted we will see some really quick cars..

This software has been coming for years.

I wish they'd just give up and say it will be 'august' or '2 years' or 'never' and stop stringing 1000s of people along...

I'd be in for this day 1 if it actually happened!

Thats why i buy manuals :

Is pretty poor that it hasn't been cracked yet and the cynic in me wonders how much of a priority it will be untill another tuning software starts putting some heat on them for sales as SCT would have 90%+ Market share at the moment.

ZF software is supposed to be close SCT are continuing there work to get this to happen.

If you want a stall converter ring Dominello it wont be cheap though, the stall the built for mine has never gone into limp home mode.
Tony is an auto trans brain puts a lot of thought into how to go about things that some may find to hard, very busy man only works alone does all stall and trans work himself (not out sourced), he spent 20 hours labor on my stall alone and used parts sourced from the States.

No updates as yet ..
The problem is that the ZF auto is updated directly to the auto and not through the OBDII port as SCT are trying to do ...

There is a lot of issues that need to be sorted and i know a lot of money has been spent trying to make this work ...

I can say that ZF auto's will only be able to be updated using a XCAL3 flash tuner and wont be able to be supported with XCAL 1 or 2.

Supposedly Herrod has almost finished this if not already done. Not sure how long til it rolls out to other tuners, as Herrod has spent a lot time doing this it would only be fitting for him to make some money off it first.

As spooly has stated as soon as we have it avaliable and we have done enough testing on our own vehicles every sct tuner will have the ability to tune the zf 6 speed box it will not be limited just to us to make make some money back for the time and effort we have spent .
We support every tuner and will assist every sct tuner when the zf is released.

with something like this you can get it done quickly, or you can get it done properly, which would you rather?

We now have the ability to upload and download the files.
We are sucking out every 6 speed trans car that we can get our hands on and making a data base.
The final part of the sct software in advantage 3 is being worked on and as soon as that is ready we should be ready to go .
I would love to give you all a date but it is not an easy thing to give a date on.

Yes imagine that, who would have thought a while back the ZF box would be the racers choice?
I think C4/Glide conversions could soon be a thing of the past, especially considering the day to day driveability/economy of these things & then dial in the fun tune for the weekend and run a 9!
