Do Not Buy Off This Person On Ebay

Guys,

I have lost $400 to this guy. He has come up with so many excuses it not funny. There is nothing i can do.

The story go's.....

I wanted to purchase two new EL fairmont headlights and was all good until he contacted me to say that he will give it to me cheaper. I was very new at ebay so i did not know you could deduct a discount once you buy item. Any he ended up sending it but called me to tell me that it was the wrong lights and asked if i could send it back. I called to post office and they did.

Then nothing. I called and he said that his assistant was sorting it out. The best one he gave me is when he said he didnt have any left so he was going to refund me. A week after he says that he got his briefcase stolen with all his cards and everything in it and is wait for his bank to give him new accounts.

Do a search on ebay under discription for evassili and you should read all his crap about why he has all those negative feedbacks.

i think its good youve posted this warning, but i cant stand ebay for the fact there seems to be too many scams happening. anyone who buys off there should beware.

Mate if that would help it would be good but he has that many storys that it would probably be no good.

Maybe he will say that i slept with his wife and now im out to get him. HEY HE HAS SAID IT ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE FOR LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

Like i mentioned if he can he will. Im just sick of this type of thing and it makes it hard because im in WA to do something about it.

Click on an item hes selling and look at the crap he writes in the description.

I just read through page upon page of feedback and it looks like majority have been happy..

These types of warnings are good though because now people can make up their own mind with a bit of knowledge that someone has not had a good experience..

I think it is good to be wary and I guess if I were to buy anything I would ask lots of questions and then with the sending part maybe PayPal isn't such a bad thing after all....

Hope you get it sorted though, don't let it go completely.. The person has your money then they either send you the item or refund the money...

If you have any documentation on this issue (emails, bank deposits, postage receipts etc).. Send Ebay an email first off alerting them to the issue and the date... Then attach copies of everything you have.

If you contact Ebay, they have to respond.. Don't let it go.. Fight the fight, it is worth it.. It is YOUR money at the end of the day, not the person that has it now...

Good luck and please do contact Ebay and keep us informed also..

Sorry I am back today and they have received a note about the item yesterday still in post office , Sorry I was away last week in Sydney and my car was stolen with my briefcase and all my cards / bank books ,D/L phone , and today I will try to get all papers needed for the bank to re - issue me with new acc, cards etc (as all ling together ) and I will sent you money asap have you sent me your bank details ?

As you have found out, this bloke is a complete *******, disgrace to Ebay.

I have dealt with him and I know him. And would never deal with him again. He has burnt a few guys on Fordmods as well.

Now I can caragotically tell you that this comment is a crock of ****. He was actually at Fowles Auctions in Laverton last week, stealing parts of my written off car that I was buying back. Yes I saw him. I sat next to him in my car just before some bits and pieces went missing off it.

Feel free to mention that he was seen in Melbourne last week, just don't mention my username. I have my own score to settle with him.

I must assume that some of the parts he sells he steals off wrecks at auctions.

The only prob is that Yes it was an ebay item but No i didnt buy through ebay as he had his mobile number there and we did a deal for them over the phone. I dont think Ebay will not have anything to do with that.
