I'm going down this week. Anyone care to join me? I'm competing, not spectating. I'll be there at 1800 hours.
Quit Motorplex, Anketell Road, Kwinana. $30 competitor fee $12 spectators. |

Actually, looks like it will be cancelled, due to rain.

Nah, it went on. I got a 16.1, reaction time of 0.604 for my first proper drag run ever. Not bad for a stocker. I'll plug in my scanner and post the timeslip but. Otherwise I can't prove it. Given I did a 16.2 with a reaction time of 0.2, I think I can probably crack into the 15's, but I'm not really concerned as of yet. I just wanted a baseline figure to run with before I start modding.

Humidity was at 50% last night. The higher it went, the more time I lost, so I subscribe to that theory too. My best time was at the point of lowest humidity too... Anyway, I won't be going back until I've changed something enginewise, be it exhaust, or other. Unless it's to spectate. |

Hey, that sounds great. I'm very interested in that.
Here's my timeslip, apologies for the size, if anyone objects, I'll resize it. |

Good work Ferris, good to see a Focus out there.
I'll be bringing my Focus along to the drags at some stage, but that will be for the fun of it, she won't run a low 16. Until my RS gets on boost, dial-ins will have to do! Tim |

Thanks... I am building my RS2000 up with drag in mind, so one day soon I'll have something healthy to run down there too.
Its addictive, dragging! Tim |
