Everybody is probably going to give you different answers as to what oils to use but my barrow gets the following:
Engine Oil - Liqui Moly Leichtlauf 10w50 Plugs - NGK BPR6EFS-15 (i think - whatever the 304 VT 5L runs I use) Filters - all K&N Gearbox Oil - Castrol Transmax Z Diff - Castrol SAF XA Coolant - Tectaloy Gold Brake Fluid - Penrite DOT4 MAF cleaner- quick squirt TB cleaner - quick squirt Other than that I usually tighten up all the header bolts at every service and also give everything a good once over. At my next service I will be fitting 322mm brakes and new fluid and also trying an engine oil flush that Liqui Moly make. Going to put new plugs in too. If you do plugs expect a headache with #5 cylinder - use the plug socket with a shifter instead of a ratchet.
