The one with the derelict aircraft appears to be a training centre of some kind (like for Commandos), but the others...my guess is spy satellite calibration but you can do this with any fixed landmark.

I you go to the Google link of the last one, the planes, then zoom out, there's a heap more semi "weird" stuff, some of which looks like an old airfield and irrigated cropping.

hmmmm........ looks fake to me.
if they have built something there then why can you still see the contors of the original landscape through the white lines. or maybe its just a new modern art work. lets spray paint patterns over the desert and see how long before someone spots it.

Totally fake.. you can see the contours of the landscape, and the straight lines are just too perfect over a non-flat landscape like that... someone has just hacked google maps again
