I can’t find suitable information online this far, need to reseal the lot. Three are leaking, why chance it with the fourth? Well past any warranty period, suspect someone has put wrong oil in them and it’s stuffed the seals.
Has anyone here dealt with TQB enough to suggest how I might pursue an enquiry for service parts? |

Bearing, seals supplier. Blackwoods again or Enzed, Pirtek.

I’m honestly surprised there’s not a service kit from the importer/wholesaler. At $250+ apiece, it’s not like you’ll throw them out if they leak.
Hoping FC or FTE or others might have crossed paths with the agents, be good to know their attitude in advance. |

Enzed supplied me with a complete seal kit for both Powerpacker tilt cab rams.

Pull one of the rams out and take it to a hydraulics service shop, they should be able to source the seals for you

That’s likely how it will go.
Would have been nice to get seal kits in advance of dismantling, so you could just say “OK, this is my job for the afternoon”. Just don’t really like having workshop gear torn down. |

I'm just hoping that all 4 of your go-jacks were from the same time period.... it'd suck if the overseas manufacturer changed the design somewhere along the line and you have 2 or more different ram designs!

All four jacks look identical on an initial inspection. But I get your comment; revisions are the spice of life…
I’ll have some time in the next two days to pursue during business hours. I realise I can send an email any hour or day, but for the sake of answering questions any supplier might ask, I often aim for more of a real-time dialogue. |

If HSA doesn’t have them (which I’d bet they DO!) they’ll make them…

I did my own seals with the ones I have . I took the leaky seals out , replaced with an o'ring , O'ring was thinner so made up a spacer with a fibre washer that i put a scarf cut to fit it in.
All nice and dry a few years later . Did a mates set the same . No need for fancy seal kits Mine are like these https://abstoragev2.blob.core.window...ge/34172-5.JPG |
