Default Help identifying hose

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone can identify this hose?
It is from an SY territory turbo. I think it came from under the intake manifold, but I have no idea what it connects to or does.
There doesn't seem to be any liquid in there, so I'm guessing some kind of vacuum hose?

Any help would be appreciated.

It is a vacuum hose, and it does fit under the inlet manifold.
