Hi guy and invite to a Private Track Day.

Normal Private Track Day rules apply

some of the more "important" ones below

ELAPSED TIME RESTRICTION
Vehicles capable of elapsed times quicker than 11.000-seconds may not participate at this Club Hire. This elapsed time restriction limits the participation of competition drag racing vehicles to ANDRA-designated Super Street level only.

Drivers
Drivers of vehicles slower than 10.99-seconds (1/4 mile) are permitted to use any helmet (full-face or open-face) meeting one of the following Standards:
• SNELL SA2000, SA2005, SFI 31.2A (USA)
• SNELL M2000, M2005, SFI 41.2A (USA)
• BS 6658-1985
• AS/NZS 1698:2006 or AS/NZS 1698.
Riders
Riders of motorcycles slower than 10.00-seconds (1/4 mile) must use a full-face helmet meeting one of the following Standards:
• SNELL SA2000, SA2005, SFI 31.2A (USA)
• SNELL M2000, M2005, SFI 41.2A (USA)
• BS 6658-1985
• AS/NZS 1698:2006 or AS/NZS 1698.
Riders please note:

To be paid by the 17th June before opening it up to the reserves list. All money can be EFT/DIRECT DEPOSIT to my CBA account- Con Alexopoulos BSB#062233 ACCOUNT#10077116 or for those who haven't got this facility send to my PO BOX 423 Panania NSW 2213. I will then forward the money on to WSID when required. When sending funds please include what a mobile number in the description, this will allow me to contact you via phone call or SMS to confirm that I have received your money, and confirm what car, or in some cases cars and then Garrett will put you up on the paid list to confirm your spot. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend it will be your responsibility to find a replacement for your spot as a refund will not be possible once the funds have been forwarded on. Not understanding how you can have up to 50 entrants ???

Normally it is 12 - 20 tops . Are you sure you can have 50 ???

I have organised 2 myself and assisted in another 4. 50 it is....Fletch Classic Restos just last week covered one of the events and interviewed me and the XT, the panning camera showed the 40plus entrants for that event in the line up.

Hmm . Im guessing cause they are all slower cars maybe ???

I help my mates with their cars, but they are running sub 9's . So might be different for faster cars i guess /shrug .

Does it have to be a ford to attend this day ?

Danny, it's something to do with the insurance, because they are slower more are allowed etc. we might take the flat black Capri out if Elliott/Grayson wants to run.

From memory "media" pass is available.

I am unsure if there is an official photographer,although Street Fords and others have attended in the past, depending on who is racing. Best contact Con on the details above. I have no objection, and dare say most guys are happy to fork out a few $ for a DVD containing some video and photos etc.

Last one that offered DVD sold about 30 at $20ea

Hi,
Is it too late for me to put my name down? I'll send through the money as soon as I know I can enter. I may know 1 or 2 others that may be interested.

We're Commodore people though! I had my name down for the last South Coast Commodores drag day, and had paid, but there wasn't enough people, so I've been looking out for another private day since then and would love to come along.
