Hi GUYS,
Hi Just heard that Bev Brock had just passed away today as she was suffering from Cancer for two years. She was a rock that women for Peter Brock being at every race from the start and doing this for 28 years. I read a book on her life, starting out as a School Teacher and it was her ex husband that was in Peter Brocks pit crew and thats how she met Peter. In the early days Bev used to do the lap charting for Peter, did the cooking for the crew and often did other things also. She was only 77 years old. I myself think that she made Peter Brock and with her he wouldnt have been so popular. RIP BEV BROCK thanks for all the memories over the years. |
