Default Ex Husband's Car?

I'm guessing there were some marital problems involved here?

honestly? these seats really arent cheap... the electric bases alone are worth like 500 each from ford..

if you're wanting to do a custom interior, why buy a complete interior only to strip the original material off to do your custom stuff.......buy these ubercheap and get your trimmer to cover and rebolster them into something majorly comfortable, while keeping factory frames for legalities...

as the old saying goes, one mans trash is another mans treasure

Re the base swap, I haven't done an AU, but have done 2 EF/ELs and it was fairly simple. The power connections shouldn't be too hard either - just + & - and maybe a fuse along the way. I think they do draw a fair bit of current though, so you'd want to use reasonable wiring.

Nothing a nice set of NOS (or FPV or Ford or S!ck B!atch, or whatever) seat covers wouldn't hide.
