Can anyone that has a OBD II reader for a AU recommend it. It would need to be real time display and USB or RS232 interface. Cheers

You could try the Haltech system from Stingray - at around $800, it may give you what you need. Send a PM to Stav.

I have checked out Haltech, but they are more like a reprogrammer verses reader.

The problem is that most of the cheaper obd2 readers cant deal with the AU's non standard output. It is not a true obd2 conection even though it has the plug. I have an elmscan which I bought for the wifes BA which works great on that but nothing from my AU ute.
