This is an AWC fibreglass one I had sprayed and fitted recently. Did the bonnet spears myself after buying them on ebay.

Yeah I like it but no doubt I'm now gunna get the 50 replies telling me they want to strip my motor CC the heads and everything to prove to me its a 342, I get it every time but they call it a 347 stroker kit because thats its potential so I just go with the flow and call it what the guys at Tickford did.

Turned out good and the painter I used reckons its all in dummy fitting 1st to identify any alterations and fit issues and then not rushing the job. He charged me $900 to prep and paint the bonnet a new rear spoiler and also repaint the side skirts both sides. I had to sort the washers myself. I used old school ones that poke up through the grill under the window.

That Fairmont looks great, sits really well too. Shame that the stone tray is visible though.

Josh,

Here is my XR6 that i sold recently.
All the fibreglass bodykit and bulge bonnet was purchased from AWC!
Big job but if you have a good paint/panel shop it will come up looking great.
I sold the car with the original bonnet back on (was going to put it on my Pursuit 250 but wanted to keep it original) so i sold the bonnet on ebay.

Was a real head-turner, people didn't know what it was AU or BA etc!

Darron.
