I'd buy it if were a reasonable price... There was a black/metallic blue one on eBay (it might still be there) going for $400+

There would be a good market for them if someone could produce a similar item for a cheaper price.

Id be keen if it were the right one as T Series blue is different to XR blue IIRC

You do remember right, T was lighter than the Xr metallic blue.

Don't think that there are actually any new ones left, there definitely hasn't been any of the grey T ones about for a long while.

You'd be lucky to get a black/grey one from him now. Mine cost $420 IIRC a year or so ago (the black/red and black/blue ones were much cheaper) and was one of the last then. I think he's sourced a few bits & pieces recently but they're not something he can re-stock. When they're gone, they're gone.

Mine was worth every cent too (that's a big rap from someone who's not into bling BTW). It's transformed the steering feel and is much more comfortable than the stock Forte issue wheel.

That's rediculous ! , It is cheaper to get your original steering wheel recovered/refinished to exactely the same specs than buying that. Most auto upholstery places can recover your original steering wheel to a blue or red ) or whatever colour you like ) T or XR series steeringwheel for around half the price of these e-bay scams ! - and just as good !.

Makes my brand new blue MOMO wheel and matching shifter knob a bargain at $250 the pair.
Currently taking pride of place on the top shelf of the walk in robe.

Everything goes up as supply runs out. Genuine parts are harder to get. Just look at the Tickford badges. Been 6 years now since the last AU, I'm sure more hard to get pieces will start to grow in price.

It's to be expected really. Look at the price of the early Momos out of EB/ED's. Good ones go upwards of $600 on ebay these days (saw one go for nearly $800 recently), and even fairly worn ones, go upwards of $300.

Give it another few years, and the AU ones will probably head that way too.

Ok now for anyone interestested.

Ford have officially got no momo wheels left. But you can still buy them new from The spoiler shop in Myaree for around $390. They definitely have red and blue but I dont know about other colours I didnt ask.

Sort of makes the guys asking price in the for sale look a bit strange.

Yeah but they do not have the charcoal ones available and that is the colour he is selling. I beleive he paid ALOT more for it than the $390 you can get other colours for.
Do not get me wrong, I don't like it! I need a damn charcoal one for my car! I have been looking for a while and can not find a new one.
