Thats pretty bad, but it still doesn't beat the picture of a weightlifter a few years back (the pic is still floating around on the net), he literally dropped his intestines all over the floor out of his butt from straining so hard lifting the weights !, was a horrible sight, im not even going to attempt to find it again and post the link here !.

I saw that recently. That was one of the worst things I've seen injury wise on the net.

I can't remember the guys name, but i'll never forget the kickboxer who's shin snapped in half, just the sight of him buckling as his snapped leg contacts the ground, argh makes me cringe.

Yeah I remember seeing that too. Was freaky as. Makes you wonder why people go to the extreme extents, when surely they would know of these things happening... Probably one of those things where they think, "Ah, it'll never happen to me..."
