Default Emailcash - Who use's it?

G'Day all,

I started a thread on Emailcash about 2 years ago now. Thought i would give it a go. So far i have managed to get $8.50 in this time haha. Its something that passes a bit of time every now an then when im bored. I have played a few games and done some surveys, nothing spectacular.

I am considering trying to use Emailcash to start buying some thing online. I have noticed there are a few good partners that you can get some interesting little things. I have considered buying some education games and some toys for my god daughter and god son.

I am just curious if anyone uses Emailcash and what sort of success have they had with it? I have seen a lot of people win a lot of different thing from cars to money etc.

Just a bit of curiosity

Regards,
Matt.

I was into it about 5 years ago. OMG.
I tried so hard to get the first cheque, I gave up. took nearly a year to earn $10.
I did everything in the book.
I stopped it due to just too much time on a crap of an idea.

Reminds me of the "Exit Reality" Web Browser, a bloody waste of time.

I bet, she must be doing about 15 hours a day on it, to earn those cheques.
Is it still $20, then you get a cheque?

Nah, don't think so. She'll do a questionaire once a day, if she logs on, plays a few games etc.
Hey, it means she's not annoying me... so I'm happy.

I got into it very early on and majorly plugged referrals. Made about $150 all up over about a year, then it started changing, paying out much lesser amounts, much less often, so I ditched it. I don't think there's any point to it now and the shopping discounts aren't anything you can't get by asking...

Yeah, I also got into very early on.
Something reminds me of a money investment thing, ummm, where you'd get paid interest, but you'd have to keep re-investing to get bigger payouts.
When that changed (interest rate), so did everything else (the whole genre of the system).
I wonder if they got sold off to this new guy who runs email cash now, seems when it had that change, it was a change for the better, for the company, not for the users.

I have just cashed in my "Rewards" $500...so I guess it works for me! Just in time for Christmas. I signed up for Pure Profile too...cash the points in for Sanity vouchers and Hoyts movie tickets...again...works for me!

I gave up on it after about five years or so. What PFdesign said. If you can haggle with a shop asisstant, you'll make far more money much quicker. EC has gone over the top and trying to get off their email list it hell.

Can someone explain to me how this thread relevant to AFF but the "do you enjoy your job" thread gets shut down because it's deemed not relevant..

Finding it a little bit hard to know what is acceptable on this site.

And they are both in the same section...

I am part of many surveys and do ok. Many gift vouchers I have earned.

I got 25 bucks from Pureprofile a couple of months ago, and have almost 100 in vouchers somewhere else (forgotten the damn name). Lightspeed panel I have a few too...

Emailcash is really only beneficial if you purchase a lot online. You earn points by purchasing goods from Emailcash approved stores. The rewards work on a points-dollars spent ratio. Some will only offer 1 point per dollar, while others will offer 2 points per dollar.

I have been with Emailcash for years and years and only have 8000 points. You basically earn 5 points standard per day (plus an extra 2 for a bonus web click) and can earn extra via Surveys, Reward mails or the "Guessing Game".

My points are constantly in the bank earning interest.

I saw this thread and wondered how long its been since I signed up for emailcash - went through my inbox and found the signup thing in November 2000. I got stuck into it for a while, but I don't think I've looked at the site since about 2001. It turns out my account is still there and I have 1750 points - woohoo - I don't even know what that means any more might have to check it out...

I usually check out the online buying partners when looking for things to see if they are cheaper. My theory is if you can save a few dollars then you should.
Buying through them has saved me a fair amount of money and earns points so you can then get those cheques happening. I do do the surveys etc, but as I am already sitting on the computer it doesn't seem to faze me.

Emailcash is not a get-rich-quick scheme.

To earn points, you have to spend cash. It's really only useful if you make constant online purchases.

Seeing that I don't, I just rely on my 7 guaranteed points a day..and that's only when I remember (or can be bothered) logging in.
