Default New pads for my BA and RDA slotted

Fitted RDA slotted rotors and Bendix GCT pads - ran them in properly - and in two months down the track the rotors have warped - not a happy camper now. Standard fairmont brakes cept for the slotted rotors.

Pulling the rotors off to get machined soon and want to fit different pads this time so what are the best recommended pads to go with these rotors and what would be postage to 6233 please

I though i might just mention some reasons why brakes warp or issues arise.
There are many factors as to why rotors can warp after being fitted to a vehicle from incorrect fitment to heavy braking.I have also spoken to Bendix about there GCT pads and they have had similar instances with these pads used with slotted rotors but it isn't always warping but sometimes the resins from the pads leaving deposits on the rotor face causing high spots which feel like warping as they have a similar feeling.
Is the car driven quiet sedate or is the car heavily braked and used for towing etc as this can also be the cause of all these issues.
We have pads from $60 and freight is $12 thanks

Thank you for your reply - i had assumed the rotors were warped as they display the same symptons as the old stock rotors. I will check to see if there is any deposits on the rotor faces - if there is i'll be cleaning them up before fitting replacement pads.

The car is driven fairly moderately - occasionally 'spirited' driving but never sudden heavy braking deliberately. Seldom does heavy towing - 3 or 4 times per year.

What brand and model pads do you do for $60 and what is the next choice up from there? Cheers

There is a new pad i have here that has been released from Ferodo called the TQ which is for Thermo quiet and has smooth and low dust braking along with good reviews from our supplier should be a good pad of choice and the other pad is the TRW ceramic pad but they are out of stock i have just found out. These pads we are selling for everyday driving. The next pad up from that is a just released RDA brake pad which is a heavy duty one and sells for about the same price and we have had good feedback for that pad as well but is designed for heavier use and is a semi-metallic pad material.

I'd be interested in either the Ferodos or the TRWs. I'll be doing the rotors in about 2-3 weeks time. Any idea of when you'll have stock in?
