Hey guys
i was just wondering if anyone could help me out with some diff ideas. What diff should i use. Alot of people are telling me hilux diff or the Borgwarna diff. So wish one would be better? Thanks heaps |

Borgwarner will weigh less and has plenty off ratios at hand.Tough units built accordingly.

go for the borgy... a lot of people seem to use the hiliux though

The Hilux is an easier fitment if you get the right one. The BW will require cutting/welding and shortening the axles.

i use the hilux diff in the rally car, the correct width is the RN25 from around mid 70's. the centre's are all the same right thru so you can easily get hold of a LSD
some of them are 5 stud which match ford & front 5 stud conversions are easily available.. every ratio under the sun is available too - weight - yes it is heavy, but every diff is compared to the standard Escort unit We are about to build a second diff for another car & have sourced full floater parts for it.... The axles are huge & disc brake conversions are easy as well |
