Ok so i know FG/BA/Bf brakes fit series II and on wards but i was wondering if Brembos fit series II Fairmont's with out much hassle?

they should fit no problem, all au 2&3 are the same except premium brakes but they all have the same stub axle and will accept brembos. but you will have to find wheels to fit over them. alot of the wheels i like won't fit over them i haven't got the brembos yet but will be down the track so i have to get wheels that fit.

its for a mates car.. he is running 19x8 copies of the GT rims and they are 6 pot brembos not 4 pot, does that change n e thing?

6 pot will still fit behind those wheels. But a quick word of warning, front brembos for FG's ahve a different mounting bracket than BA-BF-AU11-111
|

No any wheel that fits over the 4 pots will fit the 6 pots

You'll need the correct size and offset rotors as well. Brembos won't just bolt up over the standard rotors.

I think i just left the brackets on there and put the left rotor on the right side and right on the left....just incase you didnt want to spend the 5 mins swapping them around tho.
