Russ I can't believe that after all the issues you've had trying to get this forum back up over the last couple of days that you still found the time to get this up.

Well done mate.

The credit for this one goes to our graphical guru, wulos - I only uploaded it. As today is actually the official 50th anniversary day, we thought it would be an appropiate tribute and it's thanks to his talents that it looks as good as it does.

Cheers
Russ

Thanx for the positive feedback peoples.
In truth I shouldn't take any credit for how good it looks. FordAus did all the hard work with most of what is in the banner after all..

bit of a double edged sword that one unfortunately.
Everytime we whack up a different banner, the topic always raises plenty of interest.
The original banner still has it's place here on AFF, & most likely always will. Love it or hate it, it is instantly recognisable, & identifiable as AFF. The original has undergone a couple of minor changes, in order to freshen it up from what the first variant was (still want to clean it up further though)
It is intended that from time to time we will continue to put up different / fresh designs to celebrate / acknowledge important dates / milestones.
The original design still has an important role to play here on AFF......
