oh boy, where does one start?
dyno tuning is worth it. shouldnt just look at a KW gain. of which a 50 kw gain is a bit too much if your engine is half decent running from the start. Your vehicles engine characteristics will change with more torque/better idle/revs harder/more kw/better fuel consumption (unless you start flooring it!) -just generally better all round better. An NA xr6 ute will not get 50 kw extra. with just a flash tune. You would also need extractors / full exhaust/ cold air intake/ + Flash tuning seems to be a popular choice for dyno tuning. |

Don't hesitate but make sure the tune comes with an X3 device

the dyno is just the device the car is put on that measures horsepower. the flash unit X3 etc is the actual thing that is used to do the tuning. you're not going to pick up huge power but u will definitely see improvements all around, as long as u get the right guys to do it.

Is your car egas or is it aftermarket SVI or LI? If it is egas then forget it, waste of money.

Mate, I'd suggest giving a couple of tuners a call to discuss your options.
Try Herrod or Bluepower in Victoria, or RDP in Brisbane if that suits you. My discussions to date have been in reference to petrol engines in particular and running 98RON fuel.... Not sure at all on LPG options.
