I have Bluefin on my GTI and I think it's excellent. Just wondering if anyone has installed bluefin on their diesel Mondeo? I've read feedback on UK forums and so far it seems mostly positive. With the Aussie dollar so high, it would seem a good time to buy.

Do you know of any good sites to research this magical 'Bluefin' contraption? I'm interested in boosting the power in my new Mondeo.

Blokes on here have done it. Do a thread search and see what comes up.

SuperChips make the Bluefin device. These are very good products.

I got one a while ago and pretty happy with it. Fairly straight forward to do the update.
I had to download the cars ecu into the bluefin, then connect it to the computer and send it to the UK, got the modified version a few hours later and installed it. It can be removed anytime and the old ecu settings re-instated. It changes the way the car drives quite a bit and feels a bit more like a petrol engine with regards to take off and acceleration. I found Fuel economy stayed about the same although a lot in the UK forums say it increases. Superchips provides insurance if it causes any problems. All in all I found it a pretty good upgrade.

mate email peter james from superchips NZ/AUS. he will set you right and can answer any questions you have in regards to bluefin.
peter.james@farmside.co.nz that's his private email. he has a superchips one, but always answers this one promptly... last price i got from him for the turbo petrol version was $620 delivered, so that gives you a comparison price wise.
