Hey guys my mrs has just bought an au xr6 without power windows, how hard n whats involved in fitting them?

DONT DO IT!!!!!! hahaha
front seats have to come out, door trims to suit power windows, new bcm which will require the car to be taken to ford to have it programed to the ecu, dash may have to come out also (not 100% as i done my whole dash and window conversion at the same time. |

I converted my AU ute to power windows. BCM replacement and dealer reprogramming wasn't required.
New door trims, window regulators and switches required. Will require some wiring to be spliced into the existing loom. There was a tutorial on here about it.

if you are talking front only no bem change needed but for 4 door you need to change the bem also you beed to change the whole body wiring harness ( the one from the dash to the boot )
