Default Kids these days

A visiting 8 year old girl reckons my wife's Fiesta has a nicer looking front end than my BA GT.

What do kids know anyway?

So does Jolie.

They are both pretty ugly in my opinion.

Doesn't mean I am right though.

The 8 year old watches too much TV and believes what she sees and hears

The Fiesta's front end can be best described as "cute" while a BA GT has a much more masculine look. Ask an 8 year old boy the same question and I think you'll get a different answer.

One of my former work colleagues thought the previous generation Nissan Micra was cute and bought one. Personally, I think the Micra is butt ugly.

The BA doesn't have a shoe compartment. Maybe that swayed her.

Looks are subjective.
I don't think this thread looks like staying open very long whereas another thread here might.

everyone's, entitled to an opinion (even if it's wrong) some people like black cars, some like red, not everyone is going to think the same about our cars as we do ourselves

That 8 year old might be onto something. Maybe its one reason the Falcon is selling so badly?

As said before, looks are certainly an each-to-their-own thing.

E.i. I love the AUs, and especially my own car, but some dislike it!

Lets put it this way - Fiestas are not an ugly car, while a BA GT (whilst not ugly) isn't the most eye catching or out there design, its also 10 years old. The kid will be honest, and won't let what they should be thinking sway their opinion.
