Default Ideas on how to butter up the missus / F6 style

Hey people

May be up against it as we bought a FGF6 new in 09.

Anyways, they ain't gonna make any more soon so anyone got some good spin on
How to convince my missus why we should but another ?
Don't think getting one in another colour will suffice !
Am not prepared to do this for a FG GT as the next Mustang will surpass it way to fast & besides it, BOTH are less OZ made & inspired.
Work in project...
This is not meant to be an anti FGGT thread so please just help with F6 format promo for my wife !!!

Just buy it Blem!
Drive it home
Park it up
Go inside and say
"Look what I found at the shops today honey"

It works for them!

^^^ this

If you left them think about it they will point out all the negatives and throw back any positives you may have. If you buy the thing and take it home without her knowing, then all you will be up for is a huge fight and angry missus for a couple of days. Once and gets over it then it's all smiles and good times

Just buy it and when you get it home and she asks why the car is now a different colour, tell her she must be colour blind, "It's always been this colour dear."

It's always easier to get forgiveness than permission.

What does she drive? Opportunity to upgrade her?

Failing that I'm a bit partial to Western Star and whispering 'new ...insert colour here... F6' in her ear just as she's nodding off for a while. That of course will sink straight into the primordial brain where men operate when thinking about their cars and after a week or two it will be HER idea and you're good to go.

Don't worry. Just wait till January the 2nd. Go to your local FPV dealer and talk F6 and the pricing will blow your mind away. Happy to offer advise re this. Send me a pm.

^^^ If you want an F6 I think you'll have to move at the time suggested by Gadgetman as the supply of these will dry up faster than the "GT's".

I reckon if you impress upon her these are the last of the line and will soon be gone forever should be enough to sway her.

Good luck!

be honest with her.if your passionate about it she will see that and give you the green light.

unless she really hates you. then she,ll say no. and if thats the case go buy the bloody thing anyway too stick it too her. either way start choosing what colour you want. haha

Buy a can of 'new car smell', spin n polish the existing F6 + spray interior to get her used to it over the Christmas break, drop into the Ford dealer and buy the new F6 in the same colour - she won't know the difference!

Sow the seed.

Just mention in passing that "maybe we should buy another one......just a thought".
Give it a week & she will drag YOU to the dealer!

It's always a good idea if it's HER idea!!!
I know how I'd do it but that's for another forum ;)

Just buy it and if she loves you enough she won't leave you

My mate has this principle: "I spend X on something SHE gets to spend X on something"

Seems to work for them pretty well.

Why bother it's the same car with different wheels and a touch screen. Save your pennies.

Buy it, bring it home, and tell her it was on sale for a great price, would of been crazy NOT to.

Fully trash your current F6. On the limiter burnouts, rev bounce the **** out of it. Send a piston out the side of the block. Park it in the broncs with a sign saying free parts. Then with what's left show it to her whilst your crying. I recon she will let you get a new one. Bit elaborate though. Maybe just give her the old one and buy the new one.
