Do you ever get entranced or involved JUST with the look of a car.
Nevermind the fuel economy, features, or finance plan. It's just about the look, the car that you would be happy to leave sitting in the garage just so you could look at it for your lifetime (as hard as it may be). You just fall in love with its proportions, curves, shape, face, quarter-view. Whatever... The Rolls-Royce Wraith is the most beautiful car I have seen in my life. What's yours? |

No pic, but I remember walking past and stopping at a copy of the magazine 'Road and track' and seeing a new yellow Lamborghini Murcielago on the cover. Was over ten years ago I think, but it's lines I've always loved.

Those mercs are always amazing to me aswell. Particularly the e/c63 models.
My faves are GT Porsches tho. Honourable mention to the Falcon FG tail lights. I think they are the best looking and integrated lights into a car design I've ever seen. |

Always found the Jaguar Mk2 a great looking car. Can't put my finger on it, but just draws me to them.
Above is custom, but the lines and overall shape are spot on for mine.

DB9.
Enough said. If you extend that to machines in general then the most beautiful ever designed/built is the Spitfire.

Im probably like most of you, a car whore, so there are multiple cars that have me stopping mid sentence while talking to the missus.
Any of the Gen1 Vipers do it for me, so much muscle but with curves. Other than that a Shelby Cobra or Daytona.

I like all of the answers so far.
For me it would be a 1959 Cadillac Coupe.

Looking a bit dated now, But I love the 8 series. This is mine of Forza.
Its quirky look is what attracted me to it. |

There is something i don't quite understand. The new releases of the american muscle cars are all designed to have the same shape and curves of the origionals, and for new cars i think they are damn sexy.
But... our Australian muscle cars are the same as the bread and butter cars just with a few power mods and stickers ect. I'm not taking the p*ss but i do think the aussies could have come up with something better in the way of looks. |
