The FG-X wants its tail lights back! In all seriousness, it does look sensational.

Don't like it. Boring, predictable and generic. Massive disappointment after the big leap forward with the last XF.
Such an easy way out to try to make a car aggressive by enlarging the air intakes. This is the R version imagine how tame the normal one would be. |

Nice.
I've always liked the XF (except the first version before they changed the headlights). 221 kw / 700nm diesel would be a good thing too. |

i like the less fussy looking front than some other comparable modern cars of today, the rest of the car just looks smooooooooth and understated.

Considering the old one was called XF, Shouldn't the next model be called the Jaguar EA

They drive quite nicely too. I hired one a couple of years ago in Scotland on my honeymoon. We got the twin turbo diesel and let me tell you, it moves, quite quickly!!! They are beautiful to look at and the one I hired had the airconditioned seats as well. The seats were great because I find that I get hot on leather seats but these were fantastic. I would get one in a heartbeat. These new ones just improve on the look and I think they really are one of the beast looking cars driving around at the moment. I know that is just personal opinion!!

Great to see Jaguar keeping it fresh, some nice big gaping holes there. Imagine showing that design to someone in 2000 when the XJ and S-Type styling was still very traditionally derived from the 1960s.
Reminds me of some Hyundai at the front and Honda Accord at the rear.

That is by far the most gorgeous Jag of their new era.
So much better looking than the E class and the 5 series. Cannot wait to see the high power version. |

The upcoming MY16 300 is a damn nice looking car to if you ask me.
Ive seen a couple of XJ's around brisbane and I think they have much more flare and style than the XF which is a bit dated IMO. I dont think the sporty look suits the XF to be honest..it needs some chrome on that front.

To be honest I much prefer the AMG E63 over the Jag XF R.
Jag just seem to lag behind their rivals in just about every measurable aspect (except weight). I do like the Jags but if it were my money being handed over, i'd be looking at an AMG or RS4/6 over the equivalent Jag R.
