Default Completely Random Question

I dunno if any of you guys remember the cartoon thingy that used to be on the ABC years ago, usually showed after a kids show (like gumby etc), the pencil drawing man that would walk along and do stuff... occasionally the pencil would come in and make new obstacles for him and stuff.

I think it was a french cartoon... Anyone know where i can download it from? or the name of it? It was funny stuff, and very entertaining.

Sorry for the randomness of this question....

LINKY

There was a discussion like this on FordMods not long ago...brought back a LOT of memories!

http://www.80scartoons.co.uk/ has pretty much all of them including theme songs and other quotes...

Oh and youtube has pretty much all of them too as opening credits etc...

I remember this cartoon AND I remember the name....

Should I keep it a secret and tease you....hmmmm....

My guess is you are talking about La Linea by Osvaldo Cavandoli do a google and you should get examples of his work – It is hard to find I went looking for it a few years ago and only found a couple of bits and pieces mostly in Italian funnily enough.

God my photographic memory is such a burden! Hope this is the one you are talking about

Cheers, Tori

Ohh, there gold.. Sweep with his "Sausage Plant" lol!!
I still have videos of them from when I was younger.
Gumby was mint, so was Trapdoor and Gogs and most of the other cheap 5 minute cartoons that were on between other shows on ABC.

Yes that was gold! The Snorks were a bit odd, but good value.

Also one of my all time favorites was....

The Samurai Pizza Cats - "Who are you gonna call when you want some pepperoni!"

How can Cats that deliver pizzas while being shot out of a pizza shop to fight rats and crows not be cool!

Seriously, without sounding like an old man, cartoons these days suck compared to what we had.
