Default Airbag light p*@#ing me off

The airbag light is staying on, first it flashes a couple of times then goes out, then flashes again then goes out, then it stay on all the time, and the bloody horn does not work. HELP!!!

Check the fuse?

You may find under the drivers visor some info...

Horn not working indicates the clockspring ***'y, usually as a result of a light hit in the front or an impact to the steering wheel. Check the airbag fuse first however, it's in the fusebox, @10amp from memory.

If you count the flashes it will give a diagnostic code which will help us too.

Default Airbag light

My airbag light did the same thing.
I took it ford and they replaced the wiring harness for the side bags.
Nearly exactly 1 year later the same thing but this time it was the passenger airbag (not my side so it didn't matter so much).
So I'm expecting to go back one day to get the drivers side replaced.
