Default AFF Corporate Box for Winternats?

I am thinking of doing it in style this year and looking at getting a Corporate Box on the startline for the Winternationals @ Willowbank this year.

What,Where and When:-
Top Fuel, Top Alcohol, Top Doorslammer, Pro Stock, Top Bike, Pro Stock Motorcycle, Competition, Super Stock, Competition Bike, Modified, Super Sedan, Super Street, Modified Bike, Junior Dragster, Super Gas, Supercharged Outlaws, Harleys

Willowbank Raceway, Ipswich Qld (1hr out of Brisbane)

June 9-10-11th 2006

THe corporate suite:-

What you get:-
An opportunity to view an action packed program of top-class drag racing, while enjoying the fare of a full menu and beverage service from 4pm, allows your personal and business associates to mingle in a relaxed, carefree environment.

The Corporate building is ideally located immediately behind the start line and ensures one of the best seats in the house for all business and social functions.

There are 10 suites available, each seating 18 people on a two-tiered, elevated formation, while an executive suite catering to 36 people can also be accessed.

Suites are air-conditioned and provide panoramic, elevated views of all the action happening on track. Viewing pleasure is also enhanced by a closed circuit television service during selected major race meetings.

If entertaining business clients, give your Corporate Suite a more professional look by incorporating signage on the designated wall space and at the front of the building.

18 corporate passes inclusive of pit passes for each day of the event.
9 VIP car parking passes for each day of the event.
Catering and beverage package supplied as per menu (click for menu)
Additional beverages may be purchased
Closed circuit TV coverage of on track action (at specific events only)

The PRICE:- $6300 for 18 of us or $350 a head for the whole event ($116ea. a day )

Now this is only an EOI atm to see if we can get the 18 bodies with a few reserves. Pay 50% deposit upon booking and the rest within 30 days of the event. I've emailed for availabity and I understand some people will need notice to organise holidays etc.

These look good but they are behind the startline, one of the other types along the side just past the start would be a better viewing position, if thats what you are looking for.

$116 PER DAY IS GREAT WHEN YOU GET FOOD AND GROG TOO....

Be nice to be up in comfort for once, My last 2 winternats were spent at the bottom of the braking area freezeing my A#$e off doing fuel and capacity checking, one of those after flying up from Sydney PAYING for entry them getting called out of the crowd via loud speaker and never getting refunded for my entry costs... ( few years ago now )

.... hows the viewing around sunset at winter time is the sun not right down the track....

Thanks mate, I am not going out on a limb any paying $3150 deposit off my bat on the hope that people commit

I'll talk to RussellW about setting up a trust for those that pay the deposit to confirm their seat, and getting hold of a big AFF banner to hang out the front of our box. Every car that get filmed and shown on TV will have our banner in the background.

It is a great weekend with the fastest cars in Australia at the 'best' facilities going, so for the interstaters that love high end drag racing please try and organise yourselves as soon a possible.

its a toss up, I have a 40th b/day party with my wife and her twin sister coming from Townsville Qld, my b/day is the queens b/day weekend....but we can hold the Joint party earlier if needed...
if I book flights to QLD now its very cheap, cant book them now as the numbers are not close to the 18 that is needed for this to go ahead.
Longer I wait for booking the more expensive this trip gets..
