Default A Welcome relief...

Today after 5 months on the market my house sold.

A welcome relief, as I have only been able to see my family in Melbourne each weekend whilst I work up here in Echuca.

MrsPhilbie and the kids can now join me when we settle in May.

Once settled - my time here will be back to normal....

Thankyou to those who have helped bare my pain -

only 2 months to go.

Yes well we all know what normal is when you have a family I think there is another word for it-chaos- but at the end of the day it is the best feeling.

Great stuff Philbie, it can certainly be an anxious/annoying time waiting for houses to sell so you would obviously be pleased.

Have fun in Echuca.

still nutting it out. The john deere Lt110 looks good, but is expensive for the equiptment level. the other likely subjects are:

Cubcadet 1018 and the yardman 17hp 42" unit. all three are similar dollars, but are speced differently.

it just dam hard to know which is better.

You must be relieved. Well done and good luck with the move to Echuca.

5 months hey? Things have certainly slowed down. Sold a house exactly one year ago today, oops... yesterday (12:25 am). Sold within 9 days of being on the market and got 3G's less than the asking price (read overpriced)!! Could not believe it. The housing market has certainly slowed down.

Philbie;
It's only the start of....why did we pack that or that and this....bloke make sure when you pack up house you get rid of anything that you have'nt used or thought about for six months.
I know I bought stuff from The Alice to QLD...and I'm upacking and thinking why did I bring this...now I've got a lot of tip runs.
Then utes are good for that.
Good luck hope it all goes well.
