Default Most Annoying Little Thing That Happens All The time..

So what is the most annoying little thing that happens to your car??

For me it has to be changing the bulb in the gearbox display every 3 months. All the time it takes to get the lil sucker out just isnt funny anymore... :

Fuel gauge likes to tell me my tanks are full ... and says I have 750 DTE ... after I have already driven 500km since I last filled.

headlight globes are easy ... have done it several times ... not sure about the XRs though ... but the standard headlights are fine ... just gotta know how the retaining clips work that's all.

Sticking it in reverse on cold mornings and waiting for 10 seconds or so before it decides to go into gear, I've had the transmission serviced but it's still doing it, hasn't happened for awhile though *touch wood*
And the LCD for the climate control is stuffed, have to get it replaced. But that's it.

oh wait.....it's missing 2 cylinders :(

Replace the bulb with an LED or two and never replace it again.

I hate the way the rear tyres wear out so much quicker than the fronts.

It's been that way ever since I bought it, but the last six months it has become much worse... :(

Putting my head through the top of the cab going over flat ground. I can feel every bump in the road. Although that is being fixed Friday.

I suppose it would be when I switch fuels and the car stalls...

My most annoying thing with the AU is finding new scratches. And figuring out how the hell to stop all the rattles. And the fact I keep making my amp short out.... I really need to learn to secure my amp and sub box.... you should see the dents in the bootlid crossmembers lol

For me it's two things.

1. Annoying squeaks, rattles and clunks.
2. Getting great ideas from you guys but not having the cash to do mods.

I would love to lower each of my AU's, put Series 1 Tickford 17's on the Futura Series 1 wagon, some really good rubber as well.

I'd love to do up each engine, nothing too drastic but the JMM Dev 3 on each would be very nice indeed. I'd love to stick leather seats in both cars, Tickford gagues in both cars, black leather steering wheels in both cars. Aahhh dreams LOL!

Oh well, even though I can't afford such mods, it's still great reading about the great stuff many of you are doing, and seeing great pix!
