Ok since im from the other side, i'll make up my own scenario.

If Holden went bust and they took back every Holden made I would be driving a BA XR8 hands down.

Or a 351 XY GT. :

Im at the point of buying my next car now. Currently I'm considering buying a Jap car (Liberty B4, WRX, Skyline) but failing that, I'm also considering a Monaro CV8, Clubby, XU6, Senator or Grange. Man it's hard to to buy a car when you have such a variety of interest in vehicles.

I'm trying to weigh up the difference in costs. With a HSV its going cost on petrol (and dare I say it but the inherent problem of piston slap and oil consumption I keep hearing about) but with a Jap car its insurance. Damn it, I got the money, just can't make a decision.

Either way it will be a lot more rungs up the ladder from the TX5 lol.

SS Wagon (VY/VZ/VE??). Actually, I'd have one now if I had the money, because Ford doesn't make anything to compete, although I would have to take a Territory Turbo for a test drive to compare.

If all Ford vehicles disappeared from entirely in a puff off illogic, I'd go a Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, and possibly Mitsu or euro vehicle.
If I `had no choice', I'd buy the most expensive GM, sell it, and buy one of the above. Not a brand snob, but not fan of Holden.

Id buy a SV8 and thrash the ИИИИ out of it, wouldnt even bother washing it, atleast that way it would fit in with every other fleet ИИИИbox holden.

pillarless 2 door hardtop of either of them.. with some nice 18-19" showwheels rims.. and i'll be a happy camper considering the lack of fordage to choose from.

I once had a similar dream... No one knew what Fords were.

The holden boys still hated me though, might have been my RX7 that i had in the dream.
It did good burnouts though
