Plus, they're SP9000's - why would you bother? A Hankook will do a better job and won't cost as much.

No, he is not a club sponsor - not free advertising, he had a good deal and knew that I was a member of the club and said that it might be of interest to some members - and he might be even kind enough to offer a bit of a discount on other products if you mention you are from the club. As for the tyre brand, it is a matter of choice, some people do like the Dunlop. I currently have Dunlop on the rear and Hankook on the front.
