I checked every 5 mins until it came back on and would you believe nothing had changed since being on before it stopped .
One of the last on and one of the first back on .

Well I am on maternity leave. I have two older children on school holidays and the baby. My partners car's auto has shagged itself, so it is in the workshop. He took my car. My car has the baby capsule in it. So I am stuck home with a bored 12 year old, a bored 9 year old and a baby, with nowhere to go.

I also DESPISE day time tv. After working for so long and being home and seeing the rubbish on tv during the day, I am shocking that some people actually watch that mind destroying stuff!

So yes, I struggled yesterday!

Haha.

I didnt realise it was down until I got home from work & lodged on about 5.30ish. As I can only access govt sites @ work. AFF is such a great place I felt a little lost with out it. I was desperate enough to post on the other Ford site FF for the 1st time in a little while. (cut & pasted from my post on FF) I posted this post 1 @ 5.47pm yesterday it has been read by 68 people to date & has 3 replies. Im sure there was more members online on FF lastnight than normal as they where hanging out awaiting AFF.

Where is the other Ford Forums gone? (AFF)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi there

Anyone know how long AFF will be down? (current message below is what appears @ present?)

The Australian Ford Forums has moved to a new home.

Once the database is completely migrated we will remove this place holder. There will no doubt be some issues to resolve so please bear with us as we work through them. Obviously it is taking longer than expected so we are basically just waiting for the restore to finish. Once it's up this place holder will be removed..

Thanks

Six ways you can tell you are addicted to AFF..

1. When AFF was down, you stared blankly at the screen, refreshing every 10 seconds till it came back on.

2. You answered a tele-marketing call just so you could be involved in a poll.

3. You only realised your partner had left you after the site went down.

4. You realised that there actually are other sites on the internet.

5. You were hanging out for someone to abuse you for having your foglights on.

6. You didn't know what sauce you should have with your hotdog.

AFF being down cost me money!! :

With AFF not working, I decided to browse eBay more than I usually would and bought too many useless things that I don't even need :

And then I ended up over at FM :(

I was addicted to FM, but I have given up on that place.
Its better here where the people are, better.

You know you are addicted to FM when you get wireless and a laptop so you can post when you are on the toilet.
