I'm not sure if they make them for Mk 2, but Polyweld do new repo ones for Mk 1 Escorts. They are available thru Rare Spares.

i spoke to nick at pollyweld and he said no cause the backing boards curve at the top so he cant bend them like factory thank you

Hi, I saw these on ebay today

for a 4 door, black, no speaker holes. Not excellent condition though like you asked.
Could the material be ripped off the backing boards, and have new ones put on?
