Anyone else had a crap time there...???
Meal, although tasty, very small for the price... Service, or absence thereof, was bloody atrocious. On a not so busy night, meals(6 of) came out nearly 20 mins apart. Drinks waitress couldn't be bothered walking around the table to place drinks in front of people, just kinda yelled "can ya pass this along?" and they looked surprised when we didn't leave a tip. |

My meal was fine. I was the only one out of the five (yup, fifth wheel all the way) of us that didn't have a problem with the food itself. But I won't be back. |

Hogs Breath here in Glenelg SA is pretty good, and I recently went to the one in the city and the service etc was really good! I was 39.5 weeks pregnant when we went, we had just finished at the Motor Show and I was STUFFED! They gave us a table where the bench seats were WAY too close to the table and I couldnt fit... moved us to a much more comfortable table with no problems at all.
Love the big version of the steaks... could eat 5 of them in one go. They could be bigger I guess. Dont care about the veggies - I dont go there to eat rabbit food.

Hogs Breath in Cronulla is always a good feed as well. Foods always fresh off the grill or whatever it was cooked on, and their service is very quick. No complains from me. Bonus beach and waterfront views.

yep, a group of us from here actually had a bad one there about a month ago - they forgot our meals full stop! then when they realised (a long time later) they still managed to get one of them wrong...was quite disappointing, and they still didnt even offer us a discount

Pffft, you want top eat a nice steak go to SteakOut at Crown. Walk through the front sports bar area to the restaurant out back. Ribs, chops, steaks, kabobs, you name it and they have it and its delicious. The only vegetables they serve are seasoned wedges as a side to the meats ;)

I think every Hog's Breath I've been to took ages cooking the damn things. Wagga was a joke. Doveton isn't too bad.

Yeah the one at Doveton is okay. My best experience was up on the Gold Coast - I think it's Cahill Ave or something? It was the best meal I've ever had.
