Default Head Unit to Amp connection

I have a AUII XLS V8 Ute, I'm trying to install an amp to run my front splits and sub (3 channel) The problem I have is trying to find the wires out of the standard head unit to connect to the amp ie. the output signals , wire colour (front out, non fader or rear out) Is this possible?

Do you know which wires to nick at all (colour)? The wiring diagram doesn't actually specify.

Open up your doors, pull out the speakers, and check the colours of the wires there
