www.snortperformance.com
www.capa.com

They both do supercharger kits of the 4.0L falcon. For a basic powerdyne set up running 8-9psi (i think) on a stock motor you will be looking at 200rwkw.
Snort's supercharger kits are vortech's, and he sells them for around the 4k mark. Capa's are around 8k but is a complete kit. With Snorts you still need the engine management, fuel system, intercooler piping etc etc.
Both companies freight australia wide.
The cheapest way would be source and buy the parts yourself, get the complete get together over time, then bolt it all on.

Spose the fuel economy would go down the drain :-(. Do you have the option of turning the blower off if I want to save fuel etc.

No the fuel economy should get better because the blower would make the motor more efficient, especially on the standard ford tune it could handle a low boost setup ok. Obviously if you floor it everywhere with the new found power the fuel economy will be crap. Wish i could have a supercharger on my v8 :sm_headba

It could be do-able ... I am sure someone is doing in the Supercharged/Turbocharged section of this forum ... or there were a few questions on it.

I'd love to supercharge the EGAS ute ... and get some fat bottom end torque to load carrying and towing
