Start: 2003
End: 2007 SOURCE (more pics on link) Its amazing what somebody can achieve if they have goals and stick to them. I didnt want to post this in the other thread as it wouldn't have gotten noticed as much but for anybody here who is just starting to get into fitness or lifting weights this is a really big inspiration. The possibility of achieving this amazing kind of difference can be reached in much less time ofcourse this is only an example of a bit of dedication and having realistic clear goals. I have been lifting weights and working out for the past 8 months now and its already made a hell of a difference for me with a good diet and plenty of rest also. I've gone from 62kg to 70kg and thats just muscle gain, my body fat percentage has not changed much. (I'm 175cm tall btw) Its a really awesome feeling. Anybody else feel the same way? |

I've been lifting weights for 20 years.
Went from a scrawny 57kg @ 18% bodyfat to 71kg @ 10% bodyfat. My arms grew from 10 1/2" to 15". I don't know any other women my age (or younger) that can do six sets of chinups. :hihi: so I can recommend the lifestyle.

At four years this guy is seriously messed up. You can easily see he's favoured certain area's on his body over other's. He is by no means 'uniform', a big no-no in the bodybuilding game. But he looks fit, and I spose that's what he was after.

You guys are being a bit rough with saying he's body is wrecked and not uniform... yes it's not awesome, but atleast he didnt not work his legs like most people - he just needs to bring up his traps and his shoulders. Huge improvement either way.

Um, sorry to go against the grain here but frankly I think what this guy has done is pretty awesome, and I have been body building for the last 11 years to achieve what I am, 170cm tall, 88kg and 9% body fat. I have also been in several competitions as well, so I think I might know a bit about the subject.
This guy above has worked his legs, he's worked his abs; not really a six pack like 18 year olds have but there is definition and no love handles, his traps look proportional and his chest and arms look pretty good too although his triceps are huge and his biceps are a little undersized. As for his shoulders and traps; his shoulders are pretty much horizontal and you simply cant do much better than that. If anything his quads are a little oversize - but not by much. All in all, a fantastic transformation.

Pot belly??? WTF? For his size and the amount of food he would have to eat to fuel the kinda workouts he's obviously doing his stomach is great... might not have taken steroids, but a little HGH would certainly help (the hair growth too). I love how ppl sit back and take shots at others when in reality they probably cant even spell gym! He's done a fantastic effort and done it correctly too... Lost the weight, toned up and then went about putting on the size.

I give this guy total respect
I joined a gym here in Bris just over a month ago to start losing weight and tone up a little so have an idea of what this guy has gone through to achieve his goals If i come anywhere near looking as toned as this guy is i will be wrapped, i don't want to be as big in the upper body as this guy though i prefer more toned look but this is what this guy wanted so good on him for reaching his goals No easy task i can tell you Tatt 2 - Which gym do you go to here in Bris?
