Oh come on guys, it's a bit of a laugh. No need for the party pooper police.

As far as doing well with what she's got, how do you know? All I know is she came third in a miss teen US title and put herself in a spot for plenty of ridicule. Do you know much more about her than I do? I hadn't even heard of her before this, had you?

And she probably is a good person, no-one said she was a bad person, just that she screwed up. If you can't laugh something like this then there's something wrong. Everyone makes mistakes, why can't you make something funny of it rather than be serious and squash it down? Have a laugh and get over it.

And by the way, i've done a lot of stuff on the live entertainment side of things (music performing and acting etc including questions in front of live audiences) and there's many things that pop up unexpectedly that you have to deal with without an audience even realising. She KNEW a question was coming, she could have at least just asked for it again! Plus there was NO need whatsoever to mention Iraq/South Africa and Asia?

I'll go out on a limb (gee, watch out) and say that even if she is a good person, she's not the smartest person by a loonng way!

PS. That Jimmy Kimmel thing is great! I didn't know he had his own show.
